Want to bring more gratitude and happiness into your life?
The Three Blessings Gratitude exercise is intended to increase happiness and a sense of wellbeing. It does this by a simple method of redirecting attention towards positive thoughts and away from negative thoughts. At the end of each day, write down 3 things that made you happy. Rate your happiness level from 1 (tomorrow will be better) to a 10 (today was amazing) and watch your happiness grow as you continue to practice gratitude each day.
